We equip, connect and mobilize churches and city networks for Gospel-centered faith & work ministry.
Our approach
We see work as a primary context through which God can work in and through his people. We equip churches to disciple their congregants to embrace the Gospel’s impact on their work thus mobilizing them to be ambassadors for Christ who seek renewal in their cities through relationships and engagements with systems.
Heart, relationships & community
The Gospel changes everything about our work. It changes our hearts, our relationships and our industries and cities.
-
God uses our work to reveal our own personal brokenness and sin and to draw us into a deeper relationship with him. Faith and work is a key mechanism for discipleship.
-
Work is a context to love our neighbors. Our faith plays out at work in the ways we interact with our customers, our colleagues, our clients and even our competitors.
-
Christians should look for new and innovative ways to renew their industries and communities through work. We encourage our leaders to consider how God might be using education, the arts, finance, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, technology and all of the fields of a city to reveal his glory.

“The city will be renewed not by five church planters and five non profit leaders; it will be renewed by the complex callings and careers of the five hundred other people sitting in the pews...The mission of the local church is not limited to a single outreach program. it is not limited to a single missionary. It is pluriform, complex, and all -inclusive. The church’s mission is embodied in the diverse work of all the people all over the city.”
